It's the 80s. Horrible dress is a must!
She's channeling Mylène Farmer, and doing it well from what I've seen. She even naturally looks like her with her short red hair.Lopreva must be channeling the McDonald's Hamburgler from the 80s with that shirt!
Everything’s bigger in Texas. Except ice rinks. Those are NHL sized. Is this rink smaller than most rinks that they have GP events in? I don't remember the last time I've heard of this many collisions in warmups.
They just leave me cold. I’m definitely moving towards Team Mrazeks in the Czech duel. The brother/sister program about hot sex that you didn't know you always needed.
I agree, it just kind of stops and it makes the program feel like it's fizzling towards the end.I enjoyed that but I wish I had a stronger finish… maybe it needed an actual build to something.
It felt like I was watching the opening of a modern rom com, with a girl and her gay bestie out at the club trying to get laid before we are introduced to the mess of their lives.I didn't love it. they have the same qualities as their sibling teammates but it didn't work for me.
I thought I was going to like it since I was a teenager in the 1980s. I am in no teknik, so I am surprised that I keep thinking that choosing an era instead of a rhythm makes it harder to develop coherent ice dance programs. Like they must have had to work extra hard not to fall into making exhibition programs. Or something. I'm not sure. But this experiment with pandering to my demographic, I'm ready to say that it doesn't work so well.I really hate this 80s theme. I hope they switch to polka or waltz or something next year. As someone who actually remembers the 80s, I guess that makes me enough of an old fart to want to see more traditional ballroom styles.
I was thinking “oh boy this is going to be awesome!” When S/D started, but the first half of their music didn’t seem very effective.
Thanks! That makes sense. I don’t know why I don’t remember her outfit being in those colors.A lot of people seem confused, but L/L are doing Thriller, so they're dressed like the outfits from the video.
