What’s weird about Marty Supreme’s promotional campaign is that the film takes place in 1950s NYC. And Timothée is playing a character named Marty Mauser, not the actual real life table tennis player Marty Reisman, who was just know for being……flamboyant. Not….whatever this is. 🫤

Here’s a very good summary of yesterday’s hearing. I’m not sure one way or another if the judge will allow full media & public access to the trial. The next hearing will be in mid-January. Robinson still hasn’t entered a plea yet. Is that common for capital murder cases like this? 🤔
