Has anyone gotten any further response about refunds? I haven’t gotten any response to my email.

I do think this was a Select-a-Seat glitch due to the All Event nature because when I look at other one-day events at that arena, the fee is more in the expected $20-$30 range. Hopefully they’ll be able to do refunds for us.

It's odd that the entire Section 103 is grayed out. They don't usually block out a whole section opposite of the judges.
