Only 3 months. I was kind of hoping for longer marriage (being a hopeless romantic), but I guess 3 months is about average for these kinds of shows. Of course, there are also the arranged marriages on Married at First Sight that don't last 6 weeks. It takes a while to really get to know someone and I don't understand the need to rush into marriage. If anything happens to DH, I really doubt that I'd remarry anyway. (Excuse me, I'm just rambling.)
Yes to prenup. I didn’t work my whole life to lose it to someone I just met in my 70s (or now for that matter).
If something happened to DH I would just do like my aunt. Her boyfriend has his place, she has hers. They stay over, travel but go back to their own spaces.
Well, they allegedly got a 6-figure payment for televising the wedding (on top of the cost of the wedding) so it seems to have been a good 3 month investment even divided by 2.
