I'm going to be really honest I'm only 50/50 on if I even say it correctly. The most common way I've heard is like "s-ee-ow". But with a short ee sound.

Well, Adam gave us a little bit of everything. A wonderful program, not-perfect jumps (despite what Chris says!), an amazing circular bent-over back slide move. He's clearly not back to anywhere near his best form but good for him for doing as well as he did.
