Ice Dance International's THE SEASONS 2026 tour, Feb. 28-March 21 with Papadakis, Czisny, Rohene Ward, the Browns & more!

I went to the Dover NH show and loved it!! I highly recommend it. Where to begin... First of all, there are so many great talents in the show. Rohene Ward is in the cast, and he's fantastic ... his style is so reminiscent of Jason Brown IMO (no wonder, since he is Jason's mentor/choreographer)...

    ISU Provisional Allotments for 2024-2028

I've pointed it out before, but both Japan and Canada are way past due to host 4CCs. Last 4CCs in Japan was 2013; last one in Canada was all the way back in 2009.

The Dance Hall 13: When You Dance on the Ice and Your Feet Twizzle Twice, That's Amore

Maybe Chock/Bates believe they have a chance to win Worlds? It’s not like FB/C’s gold was such a big landslide at the Olympics. 🤷🏻‍♀️ In all my observation of C/B over the years, it’s my conclusion that Madi in particular is one of those skaters who truly loves to compete and be in that spotlight.

Stars on Ice Spring 2026 Tour - U.S. and Canada

I checked yesterday, and prices are insane for the remaining seats in Boston. Individual tickets (not good seats, either) are in the $250-$550 range! Kinda exciting for the skaters/tour organizers/etc., but we obviously won't be going. Tickets are more normally priced for the...

    Fall 2024-Summer 2025 New/Returning/Streaming/TV Shows

Has anyone watched season 4 of Bridgerton yet? If so, how is it--especially as compared to season 3? (I really wanted to like season 3, but just didn't.)

‘26-27 Site Rumors Nationals & Skate America

Yes, it’s in the Wasatch Mountain area. 4000+ feet.

The Dance Hall 13: When You Dance on the Ice and Your Feet Twizzle Twice, That's Amore

Personally I feel the Mrazeks' programs this year highlighted their weaknesses rather than their strengths. They are so powerful, so you'd think an AC/DC program would totally work for them. But the end result looked wild and almost out of control at times. And to me, Malaguena requires a level...

The Amber Glenn Realness Appreciation Fan Page

Me too!! Amber really proved yet again today how tough, talented, and amazing she is!! ❤️. She overcame so much at this Olympics, I’m proud of her!

U.S. Women [#8]: Meet Me in St. Louis

An interesting article on the larger cultural/LGBTQ significance of Amber skating to "Like a Prayer" in Milano: https://www.outsports.com/2026/2/17/24128651/amber-glenn-madonna-like-prayer-milan-winter-olympics-italy-vatican-church/

2025-26 Pairs General Discussion: Who Wants to Lift Forever?

Did Miura/Kihara and Conti/Macii actually say they are skipping Worlds and/or retiring? I missed that. P.S. In post-Oly free skate remarks that I read, Hase/Volodin also didn't commit to another 4 years, instead giving the standard "We'll talk about it" response.

    Johnny & Tara

Surprised I’m saying this, but I actually think Johnny & Tara have been doing a fairly decent job this Olympics? Yeah they’ve had a few mess-ups, such as Johnny not knowing that DS/D were dropping the back flip, and I could do without Tara’s OTT fangirling of Danny O’Shea, but in general I think...

    All things Costumes, 2025-26 season

I thought both of Deanna's custom designer dresses were fabulous. Deanna has this way of making everything she does look like a million bucks ... and the dresses go right along with that aesthetic! :)

U.S. Women [#8]: Meet Me in St. Louis

I just sent this to my teenage daughters. They are not really figure skating fans (yet). But they have announced their intention to watch the women's event. Because they think Amber and Alysa are cool. (They like Isabeau, too.) Is USFS finally reaching the youth?

2025-26 US Pairs Discussion - Milano-Bound By Way of Beijing & St. Louis

U.S. Men 2025-26 Discussion - Quad God and the Mere Mortals

The quad loop was the last quad that Ilia landed in competition, and the one he has done the least overall, so yes I think it’s the hardest for him. He still often does a big smile or fist pump when he lands it. And I’d be surprised if he wasn’t planning to do quad Axel because he was...
