The March 25-30 is coming into view of the long range models so some indication of the weather can be given.

Right now, rainy weather is possible late on the 25th and an more important rainstorm likely on Saturday the 29th.

No big snowstorms are currently indicated.

The forecasts will become more certain as we get closer to the 25th. 🐸

I had to buy a warm enough jacket and some boots but in my defense I didn't think there'd be snow and I'm from LA ok

I'm glad it'll just be rain this year!

I don't even recall measurable snow for the last Boston Worlds. I guess after the blizzard right before they hosted Nationals a few years earlier and that bitter cold it seemed balmy in comparison.

New England weather is unpredictable and there is no point looking at forecasts more than seven days out.

More of the day Tuesday the 25th will be rainy, ending in the evening.

Chance of showers all day Wednesday the 26th.

One of the models has a big rainstorm on Thursday the 27th, the other has just showers.

Friday and Saturday, the 28th and 29th looks showery.

Sunday the 30th looks dry.

Unfortunately the models have diverged somewhat on the day to day forecast. The biggest difference is on Thursday.

Still have over a week for everything to sort itself out….

The models are still having trouble coming into line for the 25th-30th.

Right now it looks to be blustery and cold the 25th through the 29th. Temperatures will likely be colder than normal so dress warmly.

Saturday now looks to be the unsettled day with rain.

Sunday the 30th looks to be blustery again with no precipitation.

Tomooi should be able to give daily temperature ranges expected. 🐸

I hate lugging a big jacket on the plane. I wonder if I still have one of those bags I could vacuum seal it in…. 🤔

If you plan to use a trash bag to store your under seat items, you can use one to create a compression bag. I fold my puffer, push it to the bottom of the bag, sit on the bag, then roll from the bottom up. It’s not quite as small as a vacuum bag, but does the job.

The 24th is now showing 70% rain but also chance of snow. There goes my tourist day. I guess I will be happy it’s not my arrival day.

I’ll let @TOADS weigh in, but I don’t think there’s any chance of snow ruining anyone’s plans on Monday. If a flake tries to fall, it’ll melt on contact. And nighttime lows aren’t in the danger range, either.

I am packing two coats (different weights) and wearing my raincoat and boots on the plane.

Same--we are going to Nantucket on Tuesday. It's going to be rainy and cold, I'm sure, but I am not sure I will ever have the opportunity to go again.

I'm not arriving until Thursday for skating on Friday and Saturday; interested to hear reports on how cold the rink is early next week.

There may be a little snow in the morning but temperatures will climb into the 40s so there should be little if any accumulations.

I’m waiting for the 12z ECMWF model run to come in because the 12z American model shows the possibility of 2” of snow on Thursday night, ending by daybreak on Friday. The American model has a tendency to go off on a tangent sometimes. 🐸
