The ISU World Figure Skating Championships will be held in Boston (USA) for the second time after 2016 and in the USA for the 14th time in history.

A total of 190 skaters/couples from 42 ISU members have been entered for the Championships: 39 Men,33 Women, 23 Pairs and 36 Ice Dance couples.
 40-year-old pair skater Deanna STELLATO-DUDEK (CAN) is the oldest skater competing in theChampionships (dob Jun 22, 1983)
 37-year-old ice dancer Marco FABBRI (ITA) is the oldest male skater competing in theChampionship (dob Feb 2, 1988)
 The youngest competitor is 17-year-old Meda VARIAKOJYTE (LTU/dob May 3, 2007)
 The youngest male skater is Semen DANILIANTS (ARM/dob Nov 15, 2006) at age 18

One skater celebrates his birthday during the event:
 Fedir KULISH (LAT) will turn on 20 on Wednesday, March 26

There are two sets of siblings competing at the Championship:
 Katerina MRAZKOVA/Daniel MRAZEK (CZE) in the Ice Dance event
 Natalie TASCHLEROVA/Filip TASCHLER (CZE) in the Ice Dance event

There are five husband-and-wife-teams competing:
 Ice Dancers Diana DAVIS/Gleb SMOLKIN (GEO)
 Pair Skaters Camille KOVALEV/Pavel KOVALEV (FRA)
 Ice Dancers Carolane SOUCISSE/Shane FIRUS (IRL)
 Ice Dancers Katarina DELCAMP/Berk AKALIN (TUR)
 Ice Dancers Madison CHOCK/Evan BATES (USA)

The most experienced skaters are:
 Ice Dancer Paul POIRIER (CAN) competes in his 15th ISU World Championship. He took part in 11ISU World Championships with Piper GILLES and before that in three with Vanessa CRONE.
 Ice Dancer Evan BATES (USA) participates in his 14th ISU World Championship (he competed in 11with Madison CHOCK and previously in two with Emily SAMUELSON)
 Madison CHOCK skates in her 13th World Championship (she skated in 11 with Evan BATES and inone with Greg ZUERLEIN)
 Charlene GUIGNARD/Marco FABBRI (ITA) take part in their 12th World Championship.
There all 12 reigning World Champions and World medalists competing in Boston.

this I did not know. So she is in her third country after CH, HUN and now Poland? Or did she ever compete for Russia internationally as well?

Why would she have competed for Russia? She was born & raised in Switzerland.
