Further to this, in fact all the individual Free Dance videos are available except for that of Katerina Mrazkova / Daniel Mrazek, which suggests their music may possibly the reason for the missing full Free Dance video in the archive.

In the past, an ISU version of full competition segments of last years World Championships have been archived with some offending portions muted, so perhaps there is a chance this may still happen for the Skate America Free Dance eventually too.

This may have already been discussed in the play-by-play threads, but I noticed that the replays before the marks come up didn't use the music from the actual performance. Also the music used during warm ups etc. appeared to be more generic. So at least it appears every effort was made to avoid copy right issues. Hope this is going to happen for all competitions going forward.
