Say, this hasn't been talked about for a while. But what is your favorite move in each Discipline Of Figure Skating? For me in Freestyle I would say...a Spiral
in Pairs I would say...a One-Handed Lift.
in Ice-Dance I would say...a Kilan-Hold
in Sychro.....a Lift. Anyone else?

Freestyle: an old-style traditional layback. No pulling your leg over your head or hair cutter or sideways bs. Just a beautiful layback.

Pairs: death spirals

Dance: a good pattern dance (whole or in part) (((RIP in ISU competition)))

Synchro: pivot blocks

Freestyle: spreadeagle (done properly, not bent at the waist) or a fast, deep outside edge Ina Bauer.

Pairs: Throws

Dance: I agree with purple skates, pattern dances. So sad they're gone. If I had to pick a step it would have to be choctaws. They're so cool.

Synchro: Really well done intersections

Freestyle: a good old-fashioned held spiral with a straight leg and a deep edge that covers a lot of ice (so Michelle Kwan’s 😜)

Pairs: a huge throw

Dance: I love dance but I’m not sure I have a favorite element. I guess a good no-touch step sequence.

Synchro: intersections
