Prophecy, How Did It End and Chloe or Sam are my favorite second album tracks.

Yes I listened to the main album (all 18 tracks). The ones by Aaron Dessner are by far the best tracks. "So Long, London," "loml" and "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" are my favorite tracks. All by Dessner. I thought Fortnight was a rather meh single.

I've read that very often rich, famous people get worse medical care because doctors are afraid of offending the clients. It's not out of the realm of possibility that doctors would have been hesitant mentioning the Big C to Kate initially for fear of offending her.
