Incidentally -- I forgot to mention it earlier -- points for the dance team that was the first this season (as far as I know) to use "We Are the World." It made a pretty interesting pairing with Tina Turner's "Simply the Best."

Caro and Shane slow and cautious, but they survived the twizzles and stayed on their feet. I'll take it. I'm glad they went back to the Aznavour program. They seem to feel very comfortable with it. 101.77 FD, 158.18 total.

I'm glad they finally corrected that, they were worth watching! Good skate!

Nope, this was their senior debut. It'll be interesting to see if they win Swiss Nats and who gets sent to Euros/Worlds.

Hurray, Dupayage/Nabais hang on to win! I'd still have the Spanish in 2nd, but oh well.

And congratulations to Soucisse/Firus for pulling up from 14th to 8th. Ireland's first international senior dance competition, I believe? A top 10 finish is a good start.

Kinda makes me wish Grimm/Savitskiy and Neset/Markelov had been able to go to this one and earn themselves some nice new PBs.

But this isn't a GP, JGP, Challenger or Championship event, so it doesn't count for PB, right?
