I remember that day. June 25, 2009. I was at work. I read on fsu/OTBT that Michael was taken to the hospital and it sounds very bad.

Shortly after that we learned that he was dead.

Here is to his memory, in his voice.

He was so talented, almost our modern day Mozart. His music will live on and may he RIP. Such talent, gone far too soon.

He was a child molester. I find it impossible to look beyond that but recognize that others may feel differently.
I guess that would be the case. It's up to others as you say whether he was or was not a child molester.

Robson, now a 40-year-old choreographer, met Jackson when he was 5 years old. He went on to appear in three Jackson music videos.

His lawsuit alleged that Jackson molested him over a seven-year period.

Safechuck, now 45, said in his suit that he was 9 when he met Jackson while filming a Pepsi commercial. He said Jackson called him often and lavished him with gifts before moving on to sexually abusing him.

The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they were victims of sexual abuse. But Robson and Safechuck have come forward and approved of the use of their identities.

The men’s lawsuits had already bounced back from a 2017 dismissal, when Young threw them out for being beyond the statute of limitations. Jackson’s personal estate — the assets he left after his death — was thrown out as a defendant in 2015.

The Jackson estate has adamantly and repeatedly denied that Jackson abused either of the boys, and has emphasized that Robson testified at Jackson’s 2005 criminal trial, where Jackson was acquitted, that he had not been abused, and Safechuck said the same to authorities.

The men’s cases were combined for oral argument and may also be tried together.

A friend & I went to see the movie (This is It) as soon as it came out. I also viewed him as a pedo & wouldn't have gone to see it if he was still alive. I figured he could not benefit from my ticket purchase since he was dead. I didn't know at the time how horrible his family was or I wouldn't have put money in their pockets.

Michael Jackson never gave a concert back in the 70's 80's in Shreveport which would have been at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum. Instead, I went with a friend to see the Osmond Brothers including Marie in 1977. They were awesome, and I was allowed to take pictures of Donny, Marie, Jay, Jimmy and Mrs. Osmond in the hotel they stayed in and at their bus. They were so nice and loved to get to know their fans.
