KC is still a go as of 27 minutes ago
I stumbled onto some TikTok feed of some Miami fan driving to KC and taking icy two lane highways while the interstate was closed, having to stop and stay at a pretty awful motel God knows where and I honestly don’t know if he has come equipped for a game in zero degree weather. Hope he makes it back to Miami in one piece.

Our forecasted temps for next Sat and Sun are 33 and 34. Balmy compared to KC and Buffalo right now but probably the coldest temps the Ravens have played in this season. But in 2020, when they lost in the divisional round, it was in the 60s, so maybe the cold weather will help, who knows...

Yeah Peacock showed a clip from the Bills field. I've seen white conditions before but holy crap!
It's not ideal weather. The wind here sounds like a hurricane. The best place to be is home, safe. Most roads are closed at this point. We aren't trying to repeat last year, where 47 people died.

So happy for CJ Stroud and the Texans! I happened to see part of their game while I was at dinner and they were on fire in that game. Good job! :cheer:

Honestly, I have no big emotions for any of the teams in the playoffs this year aside from Green Bay because of Simone Biles' husband :D (and I do have teams that I wouldn't mind losing....I'll keep that info to myself, LOL) but I have always had a soft spot for CJ because he's a former Buckeye so seeing him do well with Houston makes my heart happy. :cheer2:

Hey it’s ok if it is the Chiefs. We know everyone wants someone else this year. And rivals and all that. I think they will have their work cut out for them in Buffalo.
In the meantime I continue to follow the story of the three men who went to watch the Chiefs at a friend’s home and died there. The story is about as clear as mud at this point.

Yeah pretty much everyone in Cincinnati hates the Chiefs. The mayor last year was way out of line. The Chiefs are rapidly becoming the hated team.

Travis asked the Chiefs fans yesterday to cheer for Tyrek when he entered stadium. Patrick was heard saying good season to Tua. Chris Jones was talking to Tua after the game - not trash talking but friendly. I didn't see Sneed or what he did. Pancho was out talking to Dolphin. I was kind of impressed with both teams yesterday - they were a bit more gentle in tackles. I suspect they knew how badly you could get injured on ice.

Sure Patrick had his meltdown 3-4 weeks ago but it was mostly directed at his players, and himself. In general, I think the QB's in the league now are supportive of each other. I like the subway commercial with Herbert and Mahomes.

Love is a really good guy - a recent video went viral when he tried to help a woman with a stranded car in the snow storm.

Some KC and Miami players paid for fans to have access to Peacock last night.

I think in general the players know they could be traded or free agent and end up on the same team next year, they know how hard everyone has been playing and everyone's injuries.

Prescott, Love, Stroud, Herbert, Purdy, Tua (not typing his last name), Burrows, Allen, Jackson, Lawrence, Wilson, Stafford (these are the ones.i folliw) and others I don't know are really talented.

Would I like to see a repeat of last year's Superbowl? It would be fun. Don't know it will happen. Lots of teams not expected to be in playoffs are having a great end of season.

I'm sort of torn for GB vs Cowboys win. I like both QBs and teams.

It is a QB league isn’t it? And it looks like a great year for draftable college QB’s this year. I will be watching to see who goes where. They all seem to be good guys who go above and beyond for their towns. I don’t have a dog in the fight on the NFC side though I am thrilled for Detroit after so many bad years.

Love has had a great year, for sure. I have a friend who's a Detroit fan, so I'm on Detroit for his sake, since he's been through such a long rough stretch!

But after GB was stuck with two QBs who became big time A-holes and disgusting, I'm kind of on team Love. But it's hard to choose.
Yes—it is so nice to see a GB team without Aaron. I know this is probably not true but I think of Aaron pulling against GB just because he isn’t there. It isn’t about supporting Dak—it is all about his vanity.

Whoa what's wrong with Dak and CeeDee?

@Cachoo I think Aaron is p*ssed that no one is begging him to return
Did something happen during the week? They’ve been unbeatable at home. And where is the D? GB is doing whatever they want. If this continues I’m not sure a coach survives a shellacking like this.

I'm embarrassed for my team right now. They are playing like suck.

FYI, there are definitely people in Cincy who don't like KC but there are a lot of fans who don't mind the Chiefs mainly because of Kelce (remember that he went to college here and starred for the UC Bearcat football team). Honestly, I'm not one of the KC haters but I will admit that I wouldn't mind seeing a new team win the Superbowl this year (mainly because the same teams winning stuff over and over again is annoying as a fan who's team has NEVER won the Superbowl and has only been there four times). :yikes:

And for the record, the Chiefs aren't one of those teams that I don't want to win.....just putting that out there, LOL

Yeah, the Kelce Bros went to Cincinnati. They frequently wear sweatshirts from Cincinnati. Travis' intro yesterday ,- he said from Cincinnati.

I still don't know what's with Cowboys. It's like they forgot how to play.

This is shocking. Dak seems off but the way the defense is playing has me flummoxed. Is this a crazy notion: Belichik to Dallas? Bill and Jerry probably wouldn’t see eye to eye.

True although Jason was in two different shirts because Travis angered him and he left Monday and returned Tuesday. Don’t poke the bear! 😉😡😱
