Green and Parsons is my favourite RD among the American teams. I like their angular shapes and their pattern is terrific.

My favourite? Sorry, the Lithuanians! Him, in particular, has a dashing presence to him.

No one is gonna convince me that C&P approaches Little Richard. Chock and Bates have a really neat and tidy style to them, but my good, the music cuts.

Evan looks dreamy in that suit…wow! I think I watched him more than Maddie for the first time
Such smooth skating-but more speed needed
I didn’t see Skate America yet so this is my first time seeing this dance. I really enjoyed it a lot. Is it my favorite RD of theirs yet…no.
Great creative twisty lifty thing!
Hard to get a costume though that goes through all these eras of music…that confused me a bit.

I don't know whether it's supposed to be a mockery of the theme or not,
SA seemed like a mockery, which I appreciated on one level. This seemed more like a "program", I guess, but it also was more generic.

They took out the Nitty Gritty song but left the choreography specific to that viral video in. Made me wonder if they changed the choreo at all for the new edit.

I'd just like to point out that CarPon have the 5th highest RD score of the Grand Prix. I don't need any non-ubers to point out that LajLag had a fall in their RD 2 weeks ago or they'd be higher. I accept this. What I care about is that CarPon scored a good 3 & 2 points higher than LopBri at their two GPs and are setting up well to be 6th at Worlds. And that Mama Eteri's going to have to work extra hard to get her baby girl on the podium at CoC. That's all.

Whelp... They haven't fixed the music edit issue. Obviously better than SkAm because, as Chris said "clean as a whistle" but that choreo seq looked awkward and slow. Maybe a lower score than they'd like with a clean program will send them the message to cut out some of the damn music cuts!
Everybody drink! Er, mark it off.

No BINGOs eh?

finally catching up, I agree with Tony about Madison and I hadn't really noticed that before? Especially with the twizzles. But one thing I have noticed in this particular program is how good Evan is! I prefer this version to SA - but still not a huge fan of so many cuts - I think they could still cut it more?

I really liked the other two American teams as well for different reasons. Nothing for me really between them and I would have both ahead of R & A.

I rewatched the top 4 last night. One thing that really jumped out to me with ChoBat is how much Evan seems to be enjoying himself. Madi as well, but Evan was just effervescent last night.

I thought Green and Parsons looked great. Michael seems to have his spark back. I think I am rooting for them to get that third spot.
Yeah if they end up ahead of R/A in the fd then think they are a great candidate for the third spot

They beat ReedAmbru by nearly 1 point at Metropole Nice a few weeks ago. They were 4 points behind in the RD there and they're only 3 points behind here. We'll see what happens later tonight, but I do think there's a strong chance they could beat ReedAmbru again in the FD.
