Nothing to do with professional golf, but DS and I golfed the Anchorage Golf Course last Thursday. They had just opened for the season earlier in May. 7:56 pm tee time. I did 9, and DS 18. We finished at 11:37 and it was still light. Pretty cool.

Rory's nipples are getting it done today - currently with a two stroke lead, and on pace for the low round of the day.

And McIlroy bogies 3 of the final 4 holes to give away the title. Bryson DeChambeau with an incredible bunker shot for his 3rd stroke on the par four 18th to save par, and win the title.

Rory McIlroy in the middle of another collapse. He had a 4 shot lead just a few holes ago, and now there's a 3-way tie at the top of the leader board at the Masters.

The Masters should follow skating and have the leader from the earlier pairs sit in a chair right by the 18th hole while the final pair plays.

McIlroy pulls it off - boogied the 18th resulting in a play-off - than birdies the 18th to win the play-off against Justin Rose. Rory dropped to his knees in tears. He completes the Grand Slam of Golf with this title.

These were the most stressful five hours of golf I’ve ever watched lol. SO HAPPY for Rory finally living his dream. And so excited I get to see him and Shane at the Zurich Classic here in two weeks!

I was half watching while preparing dinner. It got so intense that I managed to let the gravy boil over, undercook the Brussels sprouts, and lost track of how long the roast had been resting! Good old Rory… never a dull round!

And let’s hear it for the old guys! Justin Rose and Zach Johnson showed that it can still be done without hitting driver 300+.
