Hi Amantide,

it's a long time since I heard from you. I hope you are OK...(y) Just wondering: As you know, next week, Ice Figure Skating World Championships will take place in Boston. I hope you can record them and post the relevant videos on your Bitchute/Rumble channels. When that suits you, of course, needless to point it out. Thank you so much. You're our only hope to watch this beautiful sport. Ciao.

Ciao Patrizia. :)

I've been very busy. My mom has been very sick and I've been taking care of her, which means travelling a lot as well between Milan and Tirana. Between that, my work and other works on my channels I haven't been able to focus much on FS. I haven't seen competitions for quite some time now, and I wasn't even aware about the WC until someone on Rumble reminded me. lol But I'll rec. and upload them as as much as I can, as soon as I can, hoping I won't forget about the schedule on TV.

I have uploaded all the competitions, up to know, with Rai commentary. These are on Rumble but I'm uploading them on Bitchute as well. As soon as they are all published there, I'll copy the links here.

I will upload them with English commentary as well, but because they are big files, I need to cut and compress them first. Raiplay has a lower resolution, therefore the files are small, so it's easier and quicker with them.

EDIT 1: Bitchute files published and copied. Only Ladies FS is missing because Rai hasn't published it yet, and my file is too big to upload right now. Tomorrow (later today) I'll upload more files.

I'm looking forward to Eurosport videos, which have a much better commentary than Rai 🤨 (in my opinion) and broadcast every single skater/couple. In this case, I saw that Group 1 Men/Women Short are missing, but hey, Rai has much fewer.

Rai is atrocious. lol I can't stand Secondini, but it was quick. Eurosport and CBC files are big files, from 8 to 12 GB each, so they need work. Furthermore, Eurosport wasn't broadcasting the full competition on their regular channels but on Discovery+. So Eurosport is not complete but CBC is and I have them.

Actually the CBC English commentary is the same as for ISU world feed. The commentators are Chris Howarth and Kristen Moore-Towers.
(IIRC Eurosport English commentary is Simon Reed and Louise Walden.)

At any rate I thank you so much for this version of English commentary. Kristen did such a good job.

Edited to add - Oh Sorry. Of course we could both be correct if Eurosport chose to use ISU world feed instead of doing their own commentary for this segment of the competition.

For Pairs, Men's FS (only) and Women's FS (only) and Gala it was Chris and Kristen on Eurosport as well. I made the subscription on Discovery yesterday (for a month) and checked, which is why I didn't download them. Don't ask me why they have done it this way, I think it's a mess, but there you go.

Yes it is all a bit confusing for sure. It turns out BBC used the ISU world feed for the Rhythm Dance but their own commentary with Robin Cousins for the Free Dance, so Eurosport weren't the only ones doing a bit of mix and match this year.

No problem at all. :) I was a bit confused myself, when I heard Chris on Eurosport. Actually, at first, I was confused when I heard him on CBC. I haven't been watching FS for a long time, so I was baffled. :confused: lol

But, as you said, BBC used ISU feed too. On their iPlayer they only have the Free Skating competitions and RD (?). I also noticed with Volleyball, during the Olympics, that half of the matches on Eurosport the English commentary was done by those of the Olympic Channel. CBC and BBC used the same feed too. BBC for all matches, I think, while CBC had their own commentators for the semis and the finals. So, this isn't limited to FS either.

Yep, the channel has gone. Evidently someone has reported it.
Oh well...I'll create a new channel but will upload only old competitions. The new ones will be uploaded only on Bitchute, but I will not copy the links here.

I can't think of any other way other than the notifications on Bitchute. It will take me a bit to upload videos there because Bitchute doesn't allow files over 2 GB, and the resolution is lower. In any case, feel free to send me a PM anytime you want. You don't bother me, so don't feel shy people. Even if I'm not around for a period of time, I'll get back to you. No problem. :)

You're very welcome my dear. Truth be told, I'm not as dedicated as you might think. I don't follow FS as I used to. I love the sport but I do not like the new trends, so to speak. This isn't limited to just FS actually, and maybe I'm just getting old and don't like changes so much.

Anyway, it is something I could do, getting the files and all that, so I'm happy some of you could watch and enjoy them. :40beers: Ciao. 😘
