I know we have medical people here. On Friday I had surgery and beforehand had electrodes attached to my head to monitor brain activity. They must have been put on with cement because now I can't get this crap out. Can anyone help a desperate woman???

This one's interesting:

Not sure how or why it'd work, but this person says it does. Of course, if you're sensitive to Aspirin I'd say don't do it. Also, if you scroll down you'll see comments and other people's solutions.
I've never had electrode glue on my hair, but I've had my fair share of Holter monitor tests. Two of them were 48 hour tests and the glue on my chest was intense and difficult to remove. I used to try rubbing alcohol with no luck until I was advised to use oily solutions or acetone (the last one seemed harsh, and while I had access to concentrated acetone, but I thought it'd be too much). I used coconut oil and it worked quite well, not to mention that my skin didn't suffer at all. Not sure if it'd work on removing glue from hair. But even if it doesn't, a little bit of coconut oil will be nice and healthy for your hair. Good luck :)

@Lilia A has the right info. Warmed oil should work. Just be patient with it and don't rub too hard or pull too much.
I second warm oil. I have had sleep studies done where I have had electrodes to my head. That has always worked. And it's also great for getting dye off of your neck after coloring your hair!
