Yes, because all of us are qualified judges. And none of us, of course have any bias . I mean none of us either want him to do well or want him to do badly so our favorite can go. And since we’re unbiased we are the best judges ever. 😂
Honestly, there’s no reason for it to be done publicly except for that.
Or people just like transparency, IDK.

I want him back healthy too but I am worried about what Lucas Broussard's omission from the recently announced USFS Team Funding Envelopes could mean.
What are you talking about? The Team Funding Envelopes page still lists the current season envelopes. The 2025-26 criteria has been added, but it's the same as last year and Lucas should be on Team C when the envelope funding is approved at Governing Council (he didn't qualify for 2024-25 Team funding).

I don't think Levito flew halfway across the world for her monitoring. She flew halfway across the world to be a part of NBC's 1-yr to Milano-Cortina countdown celebrations on The Today Show. And her mom is from Milano, so it was an opportunity to see family. That Road to 26 Trophy was that same week was a nice coincidence. I suspect that she would have competed in that event in lieu of 4CCs even had she been at Nats.

Yes, she said in one of the interviews that she was obligated to be in Milan for the Olympics promotion and then USFS asked her to do the competition. I'm not sure "ask" is the right word. They even told her which combination to do in the short program. I'm sure it wasn't fun for her, but it might have been a good thing for her to experience competition again and to do it in that arena, even if she hadn't done very many run-throughs since returning from injury.
