How long do we have to wait for GP assignments?

I think this music could be so good for a singles program but idk who could live up to it
Lindsay? Loena or Kaori if they wanted to go in totally different directions than they've been going in recently.

Someone who knows dance scoring better than me, how many base points did C/P lose from her twizzle? I know they ended up with the bronze, but I would be a bit concerned about Z/K beating them if I was them…
And I like C/P just fine, and I do like this FD, I just think they might be at (or near) their ceiling.

0.37 points, plus whatever GOE was lost. So in all, maybe a point.

ETA- at level 2 as called, it's 0.75 points difference

And ... that's IT!! We are done with the 2-week figure skating marathon. What will we ever do over the next 3 weeks or so before Jr. Worlds? Maybe get things done that have remained on the "To Do" list for perhaps too long? Maybe return to a somewhat regular sleep schedule? Maybe spend time with family and friends? Maybe spend less time sitting on our butts and actually get some exercise? Oh, the possibilities are endless ....

As always, it's been FUN, guys. Stay safe and I'll "see" you soon. :)

The difference is base points is only 0.75, but that doesn't count in positive/negative GOE. Her level dropped to a 2.

They also lost points in the RD with both of them getting a L3 on their twizzles. I'm not too worried about them right now. They've got areas where they can continue to improve.

I do wish Chris would stop trying to make it seem like GilPoir are in the hunt for gold in Montreal. Sure, maybe, because it is Canada, but nothing I've seen from either they or GuiFab makes me believe that ChoBat aren't still in the driver's seat. Today's score was not overwhelming at all.

The tech caller seemed pretty conservative today. That could make all the difference at Worlds. ;)

That was a very unique program. Her hairdo is fascinating, and can't stop watching the way it moved whilethey were skating.

India Nette/Eron Westwood 🇦🇺
Coach: S. Moir, A. Diaz, M. Hubbell
Music: What a Wonderful World

Dance Spin 4
Curve Lift 3 + Curve Lift 4
One Foot Turns W:1 M:1
Stationary Lift 3

Synchronized Twizzles W:3 M:2 – just a struggle throughout
Choreo Spin Move
Diagonal Step Sequence W:1 M:1 – India stumbled on the ending twizzle
Choreo Slide Move
Choreo Dance Lift

Twizzles were a real struggle – slow,and plodding – not much ice coverage. Kind of sums up the whole program. I'm not sure if this is indicative of how they usually skate, but they don't seem to have made much progress in the past few seasons.

79.01 = 2nd Place
132.60 = 1st Place
