And, that's a wrap. I'm actually glad I stayed up to see the men's sp because it would have been kind of a bad way to start the day off tomorrow (with a video of this event which was not well-skated at all). So, tomorrow is a new day and the best of luck to all the skaters in their free skating progams. Goodnight, all.

Gosh, I love Sota, but his SP this season is such a trial to get through.

Re. Kao's SP, I think they gave him something so different to his most successful programs to improve his performance skills, and I think it was a good decision. I like the program and hope it will help him learn to control his body movements better.

I’m just catching up.

Chiu: Even though the music wasn’t identical, it takes balls to skate an R&J themed program while Cha is still competing.

Yamamoto: Other than the touchdown, that was a full performance that I will look forward to seeing again and again. He’s so musical.

Miura: something about the choreo makes me think it would look better on a taller skater. There’s plenty of space in the music to really stretch out the lines.

Rizzo: Baby Rizzo’s facial hair would go better with really dark and evil music. And the costume looks just like the abdominal binder used after one of DH’s surgeries. It’s so bad, I‘d prefer the dying moss green turtleneck. No, just no.

Tomono: Aspiring fridge break. I’m sure he’s a lovely human, bless his heart.

Cha: Love the music and the performance level. Shame about the 4T.

Matteo Rizzo's post after his SP: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cy7ruaCOPVX/
Machine translation:
Despite everything, I am happy with today’s program and it’s important for me that everyone knows it. It’s a long process but that, together with the team, we are performing the best.
Step by step, it will take time. In between there will be joy, pain, happiness, ambition, disappointment, anger, frustration. But you have to believe it.
The long program is for you❤️

I'm not fond of guitar Moonlight Sonata. I like piano Moonlight Sonata.
I didn't hate it, I just don't understand why.

Can someone please loan Rizzo an electric razor.

Thank you to Cha for using a normal version of classical music without any additional beats, vocals or other randomness.
