Why for some regions, there’s only intermediate and juvenile groups listed? Are junior and senior levels being skipped?

Excerpt from 2018-19 USFS Rulebook, pages 139-140:

[Rule] 2470 Qualifying for Sectional Championships – Singles

2471 Singles competitors qualify for sectional championships by:
A. Placing in the top four at a regional championship;
B. For junior and senior events, any Team USA skater who has been assigned to an international competition, regardless of whether it conflicts with their regional championship. Said skater would have the choice to compete at their regional championship but would not lose their bye to the sectional championship regardless of placement, nor displace a skater who might place in the top four at regionals if said skater was not entered;
C. Having four or fewer entries in their event at a regional championship or having 12 or fewer entries in their event in all regional championships within their section;
D. Having won the U.S. Championships at the novice level the previous season, if competing at the novice level this season;
E. Having won the U.S. Championships at the junior level the previous season, if competing at the junior level this season;
F. Having won a sectional championship at the senior level the previous season.

2472 Four/12 or Fewer Rule: Singles competitors at a regional championship may progress directly to their sectional
championship if, at the closing date for entries, there are four or fewer competitors in their event within their region or 12 or fewer competitors in their event within all regions in their section combined. The Competitions Committee chair may also invoke this rule after the closing date for entries if international byes and/or withdrawals reduce an event to four or fewer competitors.
A. Fill-Up Rule: Additional competitors from the same event in other regions of the same section will be permitted to enter in order to bring the number of competitors up to a maximum of 12 (or more, if ties make it necessary). These additional competitors will be selected in the order of their placement. Should this result in two or more competitors qualifying for one additional place, all will be included, even if this causes the total number of competitors in the event to exceed 12.

2473 A competitor will automatically receive a bye to his/her sectional championship from the chair of the Competitions Committee if all of the criteria from A and B below are met:
A. The competitor is a member of the United States Figure Skating Team as defined in ICR 3.04;
B. The competitor is assigned to and competes in a singles, pairs and/or ice dance event in an international competition.
C. A competitor who has received a bye according to item B from above may elect to compete at their respective regional championship. Regardless of their final placement at such regional championship, the competitor’s bye to their respective sectional championship remains unaffected. At such regional championship, the top four places plus the competitor who receives the bye will qualify for the respective sectional championship.

I am going to try and go to UGL for at least the Saturday portion, and maybe Sunday afternoon as well. If I do, I'll try and post some reports.
@peibeck, I hope you might catch some Novice ladies today - very competitive field at UGL. I'll be waiting to see if Calista Choi can pull up to 4th at least (7th after the SP and drew 1st to skate in FS).
ETA: She scored 90+ in her qualifying FS on Wednesday and won the Novice pewter medal at 2018 Nationals.

ETA: Calista Choi led off with an 88.97 point FS! Samantha Liker, 2nd after the SP, has WD. :(

Links to starting orders posted on the results pages for 2 Regionals that start tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 11):

New England: http://www.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2019/27720/index.asp
Megan Wessenberg is listed in Senior Ladies -- I assume she has elected to compete as a warm up for Skate America.
Maxim Naumov is listed as WD in Junior Men... I hope he can still compete at Easterns since he was not required to compete at Regionals? ETA: I'm told because he WD from NE, his season is over. :(

Southwestern: http://www.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2019/27726/index.asp
Alex Krasnozhon has elected to compete in Senior Men, presumably for the same reason as Wessenberg (GP #3 Helsinki is his next international); Emmanuel Savary also has elected to compete in Senior Men. Vivian Le (rejoined Dallas FSC) is listed in Senior Ladies.

Central Pacific: http://www.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2019/27735/index.asp (eta: starting orders are posted; competition starts on Friday, Oct. 12)
Alysa Liu competes in Senior Ladies here.

Has anyone found video from last week's regionals yet?
If you have the NBC Sports Gold figure skating pass, I see 4 UGL videos, 5 South Atlantic videos, and 6 NWP videos listed (Senior/Junior events at Regionals).

I don't see any Regionals videos (Novice/Intermediate/Juvenile events) posted yet on USFS' Fan Zone Video Corner (will post direct links here and in my blog if I find any).

Do you have the specific link to where you see the Regional videos? I've been checking here and expecting to see them at the top as the most recent competition, but don't see them at the top or anywhere else in the list.

ETA I do see it now when selecting "Figure Skating" from the dropdown at this slightly different URL (but still not at the above link, which I had hoped would be the handy way to specifically view all of the available figure skating videos):

Mine shows up when I click on Replay on the top left corner of the homepage. You have to scroll down to the date of the event.
