I absolutely loved the sportsmanship from B/K coming to immediately congratulate T/M.
When they’re not psyching themselves out and overthinking, they can beat anyone, except probably Sui/Han.Deserved. They are still ahead of B/K on polish and basic skating. Glad they are back!

Moskvina teaches her skaters well.I absolutely loved the sportsmanship from B/K coming to immediately congratulate T/M.
He doesn’t coach pairs as such, he just works with T/M on their jumps. To be fair, the jumps was where T/M struggled last season, so it makes sense to get them a jump coach.Since when does Voronov coach pairs? Or is that just a Voronov look-a-like
I was just coming here to say the same thing - I wish I knew what she was saying! So many grins and giggles from Daria in her interview right now! Love it!
After frequent "un-sportsman" like behavior B/K exhibited, they probably took into consideration all the fans' complaints and comments. Last time, at Rostelecom GP where they won the 1st place, Kozlovsky publicly said "We're where we belong! The rest can just line up behind us". That was rude and people complained. Now they've learned their lesson and trying to behave properly. Good for them.I absolutely loved the sportsmanship from B/K coming to immediately congratulate T/M.
Pepeleva has not done a clean program in this whole season and the last season they did only one decent competition - at the Russian nationals. That pushed them to the main senior team for this season, even though they were only average juniors and not quite ready to move up to the seniors. Last year’s Russian nationals were clearly a fluke but no one can expect to be lucky every year at the nationals. Don’t get me wrong, they do look pleasant to look at, but with the level of competition among Russian pairs, it is not enough. I wonder how long he will patiently wait before he swaps her for another partner, but he is not that great either, so swapping his partner will not be a miraculous cure to his problems.I loved Pepeleva/Pleshkov's program, and she has such beautiful lines, especially in the lifts
As much as I <3 <3 <3 Tarasova -- her amplitude is spectacular -- and I'm happy they won the title, both B/K and M/G look much more pair-like to me, very simpatico in movement. I'm also happy for P/K -- she doesn't look that happy or moved that often.
