I just love how he moves across the ice.

So delicate on the landings, not even a flinch of uncertainty. The arms are out so confidently. The knees are bent so low. The in-betweens involve his whole body and he’s always, always changing direction and using all of the edges. The amount of intricacy in his step sequences is really insane and he makes it look simple.

The axel of course can be more assured, but it’s still a +2 jump as is.

9.50 or higher for skating skills.

Once again, the best skater the sport has ever seen.

For all the great results Rizzo has, most of his programs have been pretty unmemorable IMO.

Also - I vote to get rid of ALL of the grey or black costumes except Yuma's, which was the only decent one of the bunch. I know, some people would expect it to be Grassl's with the question marked glove, but nahhhhh... We need some true WTF-ery in an otherwise fairly boring Men's SP.

You know, if I hadn't seen Kao in the SkAm practice cams, I'd think the injury reports are just a ruse.

He’s not going to challenge the lead, but a brilliant skater all his own.

I was shocked beyond belief with how well he skated in Texas because the practices were miserable, and so was he.
