Medals to be won today in triathlon, shooting, artistic gymnastics, badminton, canoe slalom, athletics, cycling and 3x3 basketball.

And I am off to see some volleyball and athletics later on.

Currently at the men’s volleyball Japan v Italy match and Japan are currently two sets up. The Italians around me are not happy.

On our way to the Stade de France we passed by a massive Church of Scientology and Celebrity Centre. So if anyone is interested in where Tom Cruise is hanging out while he’s in Paris, I can point you in the right (?) direction.

The pin trading honestly seems like such a fun thing for all the athletes to be able to do at the games and be encouraged to meet new people and be involved. Even or maybe especially if they aren't big medal contenders.
