oh yes, that does sound like Kevin. It’s just too much of a monotone style for my taste. I like commentators that have energy and a little bit more passion in their voice but that’s just my taste.

As far as commentators go, I prefer the dick buttons, Scott Hamiltons, and even at times Sandra Bezic, although I’m not the biggest fan of Scott and Sandra.

I also quite enjoy Japanese and Italian commentators.

William Chan has skating skills/edges in the Patrick Chan (they’re not related ) mold - ever since he was Novice when I first saw him (eta: in summer 2022).

Bondar won Challenge and has competed in 4 JGPs in 3 seasons. His 3A has become more consistent this season and he is coached by Lee Barkell.

Well, I've missed everyone up to now. On the plus side, my dishwasher is fixed. AND .... I am $100 poorer. Could have been worse, I guess. I was afraid it might be leaking underneath and may have startd to cause rot in floor boards. But, not at all ... so that was good.

Axel miss aside, Bondar had a really great program. He's disappointed about the error, of course, but overall that was a great start to his comp here. Chin up .... leave it in the past ... and move on. Tomorrow is a new day. Wonder if I could be a coach? No .... no, I could not be a coach. Maybe just a little "buck up" chirpy assistant in the K/C.
