A big, big, huge thank you to Florentina Tone; magnificent story that we have all followed step by step since the beginnings of Gabriella and Guillaume under the guidance of Romain, and which is marvelously narrated here. Pure emotion.

Canadian interview. They will wait until summer before making the decision of their skating career. They want to have rest before making the decision.

You know, maybe I will be proven wrong, but I believe they will want to go to the 2026 Olys.

It'll be in Europe and quite close to their families, and depending on the COVID situation they might want to have the "complete" Oly experience they could not have had in the previous years. But I agree they are out for the next season though, and the one after that.

Their midline dropped to level 2 when it was announced level 4 so that explains points difference.

I haven’t been able to see the performance but this practice video of the RD looks great. They seem to etch their movements in space. Each finish was immaculate and a statement.

Their performance was sooo awesome. It must be really special to be able to do this in front of your home crowd. The way the audience got excited during the midline step sequence Gabi was on fire!

They skated so beautifully. It is good they did as both American teams came to play and they needed to be at or near their best, and boy were they ever. A great night of skating.

oh ok, i missed that. shame. h/d's midline steps are that deeeep back inside edge into the knee slide is cool af.

but on the whole, considering all the components, g&g's rd is just extraordinary.

Wow after what 15 hours there’s still no full videos anywhere on YouTube. What’s happening to FS internet these days. Their Olympic performances could have been seen by far more if not for the delay and retraction of videos.

I probably won't be awake in time to watch them in the free dance, so I'll say good luck to Gabi and Gui now and enjoy catching up in the morning over a cup of tea.

Congratulations to their 5th title so deserved in the perfect setting. Maybe it be the beginning of their journey towards 4 more titles ! OK at least 1 or two more let's not be greedy.
They skated their FD with a different energy tonight especially Guillaume and it brought an interesting new layer to it. Plus the crows going wild elevated it even more. I wish them to finally rest and have fun during the French tour. Take a year off, travel, sleep and eat and come back.
