At first, I thought you meant into one program, and I was really struggling to imagine that.
But your first interpretation is actually funnily interesting: we’re blond bronzed beach buddies, and then we’re going to flip all of a sudden into a Gothic haunted house reality after pressing the wrong button.

The tech panel at GP France is
David Molina from France and ISU technical committee as technical controller.
Philipp Rey (USA) and Benjamin Blum (Germany) as technical specialists.
Blum did JGP Ostrava and Rey called JGP Wuxi. For Molina it is the seasonal debut.

The panel of judges include only 8 people. One judge for each of the countries with an entry + the Chinese judge with double qualifications who is already on site for Men panel + the judge from the Principality of Monaco.

It is the second Grand Prix in a row with only 8 judges in Ice Dance rather than 9 (which should be the normal size of the Senior GPs panels). Same happened at Skate Canada.
Last minute withdrawals? Few people available? Organizers short of money?

might burn my house down with all the candles i will light this week
Next week, but especially the week of CoC. I don't trust Eteri to not be gunning for a GP medal for her kid come hell or high water.

i start a week in advance i need the lead-up time to bend the universe to my will

I'm actually not that concerned about davis/smolkin they always seem to have an anomalous challenger and then their scores go right back to where they were which I guess can change but we shall see

I'm gonna trust that Rettstatt makes sure a decent tech panel is assigned to CoC, lol.

No we won't. I'm manifesting. C/P will be there.
My problem is I like Lop/Bri just as much as Car/Pon. Shoot me.

This would all be so much easier for me if Haw/Bak were still skating. Following the Uber Matrix I couldn’t root for any other US team. As it is, even with F/D’s deserved demise, there are three US teams I want to succeed even without the furriners.

It looks like we’re going to have a real race for the sixth Grand Prix Final dance berth (assuming the Big Three, Fear/Gibson, and Lajoie/Lagha are the first five).
Marco Fabbri's fall sealed the final for Laporeva/Brissaud.

Positive week for Bratti/Sommerville who surprisingly got on the podium.
Logouge/Caffa are probably the only other team going home from Grand Prix de France happy in terms of positions.
Mrazeks should work on the levels. The podium was achievable here. Male Mrazek is saying he was sick last week and still had fever on Monday and so their training has been impacted.

Unless something very strange happens at the next three events(which is not impossible) we have our six GPF qualifiers. The fall for G/F was bad but exacerbated by the fact that we had three techni FDs in a row and theirs was imo the weakest.
