Britzilians - Better skate than in Astana but several small bobbles. They perform “bigger” than many of the similarly skilled teams (and always look like they’re having a good time) but slowing noticeably through the programme.

Reed/Ambrulevicius almost always look sloppy and mismatched to me, and while they are extroverted performers, and he moves so well, I've never seen chemistry between them.

But I loved their music and the small nods to the scissory movements in the required (paso) steps in their non-touching footwork.

The RD protocols are finally online, and the panel here was generous with the "violation of choreo restrictions" calls. No-one got a deduction, but 12 of the 19 teams got at least one call - Lin/Gao got 4.

Yeah, I was unsure if it was the leg position or a wobble but the levels suggest the latter.

I hope the uninspiring RDs for Soucisse/Firus and BaBeau mean that Carol and co saved all their inspiration for Gilles/Poirier.

Let's hope so.
I had high hopes for B/B after juniors but she's not giving them great material.
