I thought that was a great skate. I didn't really think I needed to see another Romeo and Juliet, but I thought they did a wonderful job with that program. The long inside edge the length of the ice between the dance spin, and the combination lifts was an interesting, and unusual choice.

100.19 = 1st Place
167.87 = 1st Place

Perhaps not, but I absolutely LOVE the color. The saturated pink is stunning on her and is a good match, tonally, with his shirt.

I thought Yuka and Juho were doing "Cabaret" not "Chicago," based on his look.

I didn't see during the warmup and was like "how bad could it be?"

Actually it TRULY looks like someone told him Chicago and he thought Cabaret and went out and bought an MC costume and then was really disappointed when he heard the music.

I'm also kind of disappointed.

You know, with almost any other partner, Juho Pirinen would be the total star of the team. He gives just as much energy and face to their performances as Yuka does. I don't care if his twizzles are often suspect. I just adore this team! So entertaining!

This program was a little more conventional that what I would have expected from this team. Good skate, but some issues with levels.

107.21 = 1st Place
176.73 = 1st Place
