Slower twizzles than R/A, nice security in lift, think they could improve clarity in steps, though levels were okay.

Firus laughing at the score but that performance was rough, not just the twizzle fall. (And IMO a bad music choice for them)

Aversano/Bennett are a lower level team but they’ve got a degree of charisma I wasn’t expecting from his previous partnerships. Lots more finger pointing choreo from team Igor.

Green/Parsons' program music has been published in their Team USA bio in the Fan Zone:
RD: "These Boots Are Made for Walking (SILO x Martin Wave Remix)" by The Supremes and Martin Wave and "Soul Bossa Nova" by Quincy Jones
FD: "Spiegel im Spiegel" by Arvo Pärt performed by Angele Dubeau and La Pietà and "Dance Me to the End of Love" by Douglas Dare

Pate/Bye

Les marrieds, good speed going into twizzles, some upper body choreo during pattern, energetic performance

Different angle on free leg in twizzles, smooth lift, a few sticky moments—didn’t look quite as ready as the other teams

ETA: only level 2 and 3 on twizzles, perhaps should re-think those

I don't like that first set of twizzles for Nadiia and Peter. Even when done right, they look awkward.
Yeah, I was unsure if it was the leg position or a wobble but the levels suggest the latter.

I hope the uninspiring RDs for Soucisse/Firus and BaBeau mean that Carol and co saved all their inspiration for Gilles/Poirier.

I’m not very impressed by choreo from Carol Lane teams this season, these programs are falling flat.

Nice twizzles, good steps, oh a fake-out fall from Caroline, she’s growing as a performer and he is blending more into the background

He does not look okay getting off the ice

I guessed they'd go into second, and I was right. Looks like they didn't even make it to the K&C. I really hope Michael's all right!

And they didn't go to the Kiss 'n Cry for their scores.

Yeah, I thought he looked a little stiff, but also I was wondering about his knee.

The programme is fun (and yay, not disco) and I expect they’ll be able to commit more as the season goes on. I’m going to think she’s falling every time she sits down in the midline though.

Think behind Reed/Ambrulevicius is probably right.

I rewound because I missed the start of the GreenP - I like the concept of the program and think it's a good fit for them, stylistically. Like CarPon, it stands out in a sea of disco. The lift looked a lot slow and careful, which is definitely worrisome. Hopefully they'll be back up to full speed by Nats.
