Glad I got here in time to see Reshtenko. One tumble aside, that was a terrific skate. I'd never heard of this guy before. Goes to show the hidden gems that can pop out of the woodwork at any time in a competition. Well done indeed.

Pretty good for a guy that the federation wouldn't even send to Worlds two years ago. Had that one Brezina moment, but he recovered pretty well. Would be nice to see a few more moments of personality in the performance.

I'm always critical of Rukavitsin's skaters total lack of stamina in the FS, but it seems many coaches now follow the Rukavitsin Method of Off Ice Training for Stamina.
