Well, I think Kishimoto/Tamura are going to beat the Swiss for bronze, which is a bummer, IMO.

Sara is such a sassy little thing, I love her. But "Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon" is such a gross song for a junior competition.

Romain very obviously reusing a lot of the work he did for D'Alessandro & Waddell on this one.

Solid performance overall, and as things stand they may well win the free dance, though there's probably too much of an RD gap for them to move up in the standings.

And mine. Sara was made for ice dance, that held my attention throughout and the cheesy parts were fun.

No worries, it's kinda looking like the Titanique is sinking over there judging by early indicators/Challenger scores (MF girlbossed too close to the sun with Chock/Bates's fake world title/WR with a fall and Igor, Zanni, etc. formed an unholy alliance to topple her IMO), so a lot of these young teams might find new homes in the next quad.

That's exactly what I've been thinking, with regard to these Challenger scores. Of course, we have yet to see ChoBat, FBSoer, HawBak or Les Gacs debut, so we might have a different take on things in 2 months, lol.

It's funny that for the first time a Ukrainian couple won one of the programs, but did not win the competition

I was watching the end of Grimmskiy's FD again to try to see what went wrong. It looked like both of them messed it up -- she slipped, and then he struggled to get her up and over. I hate to say it, but I'm starting to wonder if they should change that ending. It looks pretty cool when they do it right, but there are so many ways it can go wrong. Even in Linz it wasn't 100 percent smooth.

They could not stop talking about Kishimoto, but I couldn’t stop watching Tamara, who has wonderful carriage and strong movement quality, and he lifts her effortlessly.
