I am considering to become a skater and compete in Japan just to be called Andrey aka Pushkin-san.

At some point I'm going to need to learn to spell Britschgi without copy and pasting it.

Lame costume 'change' and not sure the two pieces of music go together. His arms are flapping so much I fear he plays the Plushenko collection on repeat between training sessions.

Great enthusiasm and no horrible errors though, so good job.

Lukas' skating is unrefined, and clunky, but he's become pretty consistent, and he's entertaining. I'm cheering for him to get a Grand Prix medal tomorrow.

Lukas is too good of a skater to need to resort to an unnecessary costume change mid-program. I'd forgotten about this unfortunate choice until it happened and I'll likely forget all about it again before Euros and complain again then.

I like Shoma's music, but those jumps, those points, those grades of execution are just not serious. The choreo is not doing the most with the music either.

I feel like Yuma is better than Shoma technically, but when clean, Uno still more than compensates it with the quality of the upper body movement and more sophisticated choreography.

 

[Bunny Hop]

Uno - not sure how he landed a couple of those jumps, but he did. Thoroughly enjoyed that. Can't bring myself to care too much about the amount of two footed skating and cross-overs, as the rest was so good.

The jumps were tight, and slightly outside the circle, but within the range that he's able to save them. The step sequence, and the spins were all excellent.

Shoma - if the TES holds, he'll lead, though Yuma had the better skate today and should lead.

ETA - he lost about 2 points of TES from when it dropped off the screen to when the score was announced. Can't wait to see the protocols.

I'm not sure the Selevkos' necklaces are part of this stunt, but the necklace all the Japanese guys wear is from a sponsor.

Latvian judge only real one for giving Kagi higher PCS than Shoma across the board.
