One can guess how much I cheer for Grangipani based on the fact I don't mind him skating to Bocelli.

I don't know what Frangipani thinks he's skating to, but it's not the music that's playing. He's all high energy when the music isn't. Also the dodgy jumps really spoil the flow.

Dear Skaters who want to skate to Moulin Rouge - you don't HAVE to use Roxanne. There are other choices.

The camel spin from Egadze was all other the place, travelling, on the toe pick, down again. His weight is too far forward on a lot of elements actually - many trips to toe pick land. And indeed several trips.

I generally try not to criticize music choices, but I hate this song so much that I have to watch every skater who skates to it on mute.

Yes. I can totally imagine Gleihengaus and Tutberidze looking at Egadze hobbling his way through Moulin Rouge and saying "Of course! What this program needs is some pale white chicken breast in the end!"

Younger Selevko started off with a beautiful 4T and then the jumps fell apart...

I said several times Michail is the weaker of los Selevkos, but he doesn't have to prove me right SO DAMN HARD

Selevko #2 - that heel landing on the quad looked really nasty. Not surprised the next two jump passes also went wrong. And another splat late on.

The best that can be said is that the things that weren't jumps looked fine, though the last spin travelled the length of an advertising board.
